The program provides services to the in-school youths within an
out-of-school context from 3p.m. to 6p.m. during school days. Special hours
are developed to meet service demands during weekends, and summer school
vacations - generally, these hours are 10a.m. to 6p.m. Monday through
Saturday, and 1:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. on Sundays. Parents, 4-H Club
volunteers, University volunteer organizations, and other civic
organizations working in the area of education and youth development may be
certified to provide additional hours of service at the center. Day and/or
late evening programs may be provided for low-income adults, including those
with disabilities under various funding arrangements.
